Website: https://hindimalyrics.in/ (Referred to as “The Website” or “We”)

https://hindimalyrics.in/ respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged infringement in compliance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

This page outlines the information required to submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to The Website, and the steps that will be taken once a notice is received.

1. Designated DMCA Agent

All DMCA Takedown Notices and Counter-Notices must be sent to the website’s Designated Copyright Agent:

Designated Agent: [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY NAME] Email Address: [YOUR DMCA AGENT EMAIL ADDRESS - e.g., dmca@hindimalyrics.in] Mailing Address: [YOUR PHYSICAL ADDRESS (Optional but recommended)]

2. Notice of Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on a copyright owner’s behalf, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent.

For your notice to be valid under the DMCA, it must be a written communication that substantially includes the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit The Website to locate the material (e.g., the exact URL where the material is located on our site).
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit The Website to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  4. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the party that posted the content.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent.

For your Counter-Notice to be valid, it must be a written communication that substantially includes the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which The Website may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, The Website may forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not inform us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
